I’m going to keep today’s post short and to the point. Today we are taking a look at how to modify/change the names of blocks within a drawing. This can be useful for many reasons, from better naming/organization to dealing with duplicate block names and needed to import new versions and a variety of other issues.
This useful and quick trick will even work with other types of objects in AutoCAD, it’s a real time saver!
