Autocad Tutorial: How to Select all Objects in a Layer

Week 4… One whole month of back to back videos!

I keep surprising myself by being able to keep up with a video a week lately and I’m having a great time making them, so if you have any questions you want to see answered or gear you want reviewed just leave a comment below and let me know and I’ll add it to the list!

For episode 4, I’ve made a quick video answering another common question ‘How do I select all of the objects on a layer?’

So, In this video I go over how to use quick select to grab all of the objects on a single layer in a drawing using  the ‘layer’ as the criteria. I also go over another method to select objects that are similar to each other using the ‘select similar’ command in AutoCAD as well.
If you have any questions about how to easily select objects on a particular layer hopefully this quick video will help you out!

Hopefully this makes it easier for you to select objects in autocad and will save you a bunch of time too!

If you have any questions about the video or want to see something in particular just let me know in the comments below.

Cheers and happy drafting!
